Data Deletion Request

Your Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your MyIrishWages account and all associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@myirishwages.com from the email address linked to your account, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You can also delete your account directly inside the app under Settings → Delete Account.

What Gets Deleted

Upon request, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:

• Account credentials and login information
• Shift records and work schedules
• Salary, wage rate, and tax calculation data
• Profile information and app settings
• Subscription history and Pro status
• AI support chat history
• Receipt scan images and expense records (Sole Trader users)

Data We May Retain

Some data may be retained for up to 7 years where required by Irish financial and tax regulations. Payment transaction records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are subject to Stripe's own data retention policy.
